Located above Ki-Sho Japanese restaurant is The Bar Kakure, a boutique bar that offers guests a taste of authentic Japanese cocktail culture. It does so with head bartender Kazuhiro Chii at the helm. Having been in the industry for more than two decades, Chii has mastered the art of making delicious cocktails with premium ingredients, masterful techniques as well as presentation. Must-tries include the Highball; traditionally made with whisky and soda, it is elevated with the addition of black pepper for a touch of spice. Apart from the cocktails, there is a great selection of Japanese and Scotch whiskies. A small food menu, which includes one of the best sandos in town, makes for a perfect accompaniment to the drinks.
