Do not expect an à la carte menu when you dine at Terra Tokyo Italian, helmed by chef-owner Seita Nakahara. His omakase menu remains the star here. Leave it to the chef to whip up a classic Italian meal using the finest seasonal Japanese ingredients. The dinner menu is fixed at six courses, and the chef starts the meal by presenting all the ingredients. Let him know what your preferences are, so he can tweak the menu accordingly. Not to be missed are the Hokkaido bruschetta and Hokkaido snow crab with homemade pasta. When it comes to wines, sommelier Shotara Aoki can recommend a good choice from the extensive wine list of French and Italian wines, and Japanese sakes.
