Chef Vicky Lau’s culinary artistry is consistently reaching new heights, with a frequently rotating menu that explores the possibilities of a specific theme or ingredient. Despite the intricacies of each dish’s presentation, the portions are not to be sniffed at— the full tasting menu is a belter, so smaller appetites can opt for the trimmed down version and leave more room for the mignardises, a highlight in themselves. With the soft pink furnishings not ageing one bit, this remains one of the top city spots for a special celebration or date night tête-à-tête.
