One of our favourite food halls is ready to celebrate Christmas. With everything from meatloaf to pad thai and even a fried chicken cake (you read that right), The Grid Food Market has prepared a wonderful feast for everyone this Christmas.
Times have been tough and social distancing protocol has made the prospect of the holidays to be a little less cheerful. But while we can't enjoy all the potlucks and parties that we usually do this time around, it's important to remember that there are still ways to celebrate with those closest to us. Our suggestion? Get some hearty eats from The Grid Food Market. Their delicious fare will not only cheer you up, it'll transport you and your loved ones around the world with a motley of international flavours.
If something Asian, with more spices and tang is what you are interesting then they try out the flavourful pad thai tray from Flowerboy. There is also a quezo de bola aburi kakuni tray that is available at Tsuke-men. This rice tray features braised pork belly with aburi quezo de bola sauce over a steaming bed of Japanese rice. Gochu-gang's Bossam Platter is another Asian option for the holiday dinner table, served with slow-cooked pork belly slices, pineapple ssamjang sauce, and banchan.
