One of Scotlands most renowned single malts is Filipino-owned. Get to know The Dalmore: a brand with a rich and storied history and a stunningly delicious whisky.

One of the oldest scotch whisky houses, The Dalmore’s origins dates back to the reign of King Alexander III in 1263. To this brand, quality is of the utmost importance. There is a palpable deep-rooted passion for their craft that has cultivated an exquisite product.

As part of The Dalmore’s culture of excellence, they strive to not only introduce epicures to stunning beverages but to unforgettable experiences too.

WHAT IS WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

The White Glove Service is a signature event by The Dalmore, that had previously been executed for discerning guests in Amsterdam, and now, The Philippines. The White Glove Service comprises a gastronomic journey for the mind, palate and heart. It is a one-of-a-kind, private, and highly customised whisky tasting dinner that is prepared for carefully selected guests, in the comforts of their own home.

In the Philippines, Tatler partnered with The Dalmore to produce two luxurious private events for whisky loving couples: Eric Thomas and Kidd Dee and Paj and Patrice Rodriguez. Each evening, over Zoom, whisky expert Adam Knox took each of them on an adventure.

Every detail was taken care of and was thoughtfully planned to ensure that guests were nothing short of pampered. A bespoke experience kit in an elegant black box housed a fabulous three-course menu by Marriott Manila’s CRU Steakhouse. The courses were smartly paired with three single malts: The Dalmore 12 Sherry Cask Select, 15 years, & King Alexander lll. Each dish was artfully plated on fine tableware, accompanied by six Dalmore copita nosing glasses, and of course three full-sized bottles of The Dalmore - all for the couples to keep.

On top of that, we prepared an elegant flower arrangement, customised candles with their names,  and a curated playlist by DJ Mikko Santos. The entire experience kit was delivered to their homes, in none other than a Rolls Royce.
