The renowned Taiwanese chef is set to bring his interpretation of Sichuan dishes to his Macau debut

Following the opening of The Bridge in Chengdu, China, his first restaurant project since the closure of Singapore’s Restaurant Andre, Taiwanese chef Andre Chiang is set to make his Macau debut this spring at Wynn Palace as he is opening Sichuan Moon at the esteemed hotel resort.

Celebrated for his creativity and unique interpretation of French cuisine that he presented at Andre, Chiang’s next move is to explore the complex history and heritage of Sichuan cuisine at Sichuan Moon. He will be working with his chef team to offer an immersive dining experience while presenting an artistic approach to the forms and flavours that make up the popular regional fare. The restaurant will feature premium ingredients and a beverage pairing option featuring rare, specialty teas.
