The Platter Accelerator programme for small to medium-sized players offers tenancy possibility at KSK Land's prestigious property, 8 Conlay
The Platter Accelerator programme is the brainchild of Joanne Kua, managing director of KSK Land and CEO of KSK Group. It is open to new F&B players (with minimum two years of operation); among the benefits of the programme is the opportunity to share the spotlight on the global stage with well-known culinary and hospitality brands.

"Platter Accelerator provides an opportunity for F&B SMEs in Malaysia, and in Asia, to be a part of 8 Conlay's Platter when it opens in the second half of 2021," explains Kua in an interview via email. Financial support, seasoned F&B industry mentors, and international exposure are among the perks of this programme in a bid to encourage restaurateurs to grow their businesses further.
Kua's experience in incubating and seeding tech startups helped her recognise that the F&B world has similar needs such as mentorship and coaching in order for them to grow beyond the country's borders.
