Inspired by tasty Italian treats, the following drink and dessert pairings evoke "travelling across Italy," enthuses Nathalie Arbefeuille, head chef and owner of Nathalie Gourmet Studio and a Nespresso Club Member.
"The combination of flavours mirror each other so well," adds Carey Ng, former Miss Malaysia and Miss Universe. "I would say it's a very warm and welcoming combination."

Art imitates life in Arbefeuille’s Hazelnut Praliné Rocks, Crumble and Sponge Cake and Chocolate Coulis, a dessert mimicking earth, mushrooms and moss-covered pebbles. Its lifelike aesthetics are guaranteed to impress guests whom you're entertaining at home.
The second dessert, an Amaretti Success Cake, proves that Nespresso coffee isn't just for pairing with food, but is also ideal for incorporating in dishes. The chef pops a Variations Italia Amaretti capsule into her Nespresso machine before pouring the single shot of espresso over the almond treat.
