Testing Room was originally the cocktail research and development space for Draft Land, dedicated to experimenting and crafting new drinks — the birthplace of many of Draft Land’s diverse draft cocktails.

Testing Room is an open, unrestricted experimental ground. Once the R&D hub of Draft Land, it continues to focus on exploration and innovation in mixology, serving as the creative source behind an ever-expanding range of draft cocktails.

Founded by Angus and his team, who see themselves as both testers and creators, Testing Room systematically studies flavors from around the world. Through repeated experimentation, they push beyond traditional bartending techniques and limitations to reinterpret the very structure and expression of taste — inviting guests to experience an entirely new way of drinking.
