A rooftop destination nestled amongst the skyscrapers of Kuala Lumpur, Sol is known for delivering vibrant Latin American Fare. Chef Anyi Mendoza heads the kitchen with an innate curiosity for new cultures and flavours. Her vision takes shape with a menu of signatures such as paella peppered with spicy chorizo sitting atop a crisp bed of socarrat, flame-kissed chicken accompanied by burnt carrot crema and tangy pickled peppers, as well as an irresistibly refreshing red tuna tartare elevated by smoked roe, charred scallions and fresh dill. Sol’s beverage programme is as reflective of Latin American culinary tradition as its food menu is, seeing tipples laced with flavours specific to the region.
