One of the standout dishes is the tonnarelli made with squid ink. Sweet and juicy succulent crab meat perfectly complements the rich ocean flavours of the squid ink. It’s sprinkled with bottarga, often referred to as “the caviar of the Mediterranean”, which brings a delightful briny touch to the dish. Cooked aglio e olio style, notes of garlic and chilli provide a well-balanced kick of heat. Another culinary triumph is the truffle mushroom pizza, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
