Scratch at Comuna in Makati is a modern neighbourhood bakery- restaurant built on beautiful bread, seasonal food, and thoughtful service. Self-taught baker Ralph Sy leads the kitchen, crafting freshly baked crisp, fluffy, and moist bread and pastries alongside a smashing brunch menu that is artisanal and convenient. The beverage programme keeps things uncomplicated with two coffee options: black or white. What began as a 16-seater has expanded into a 50-60 seat space, including al fresco dining, offering fast, casual comfort that blends artisanal flair in each warm welcome.
