There are two tasting menus, for lunch and dinner respectively, which were both created with the concept of minimal waste as well as the clever use of forgotten parts like innards in mind. Among other creative and always flavoursome dishes, the “cheeseburger” and charcuterie are highly recommended. Fans of the Australian ice cream, Golden Gaytime, will be pleased to know that the restaurant has an equally delicious rendition of the dessert.
