Salisterra

Mediterranean   |   $ $ $ $   |   Admiralty

The Upper House’s 49th-floor restaurant has been revamped since its Café Gray Deluxe days, but those all-encompassing harbour views remain as extraordinary as ever. Morning, noon or night, Salisterra’s glittering panoramas are spectacular enough to impress even the most jaded Hongkonger, while its swanky André Fu interiors, in warm terracotta and aqua hues with comfy sofa seating, offer the perfect complement to the vistas. The food holds its own, with a Mediterranean-inspired menu that covers all the bases. Service is polished and the extensive wine menu boasts plenty of well-priced by-the-glass pours.

Signature Dishes

  • Plateau de Fruits de Mer
  • Stracciatella di bufala
  • Whole pan-fried Dover sole

Tatler Tip

For its popular afternoon tea, Salisterra often collaborates with other delicious local brands—previous partners include Matchali and Vicky Lau’s ¯An Soy—while offering the perfect opportunity to catch golden hour views.
