An ambitious project headed by Sake Samurai Elliot Faber, Sake Central is primarily a destination dedicated to educating consumers about sake—the expansive shop stocks a wide range of impressive bottles from all around Japan, as well as beautiful ceramics and glassware. Head to the back where a small bar awaits, where you can enjoy the spoils of the extensive sake list paired with impactful small dishes made with premium ingredients.
