Sago House

Sago House is a mecca for creative bartenders that turn their wild, intrusive thoughts into smashable tipples. A product of Singapore’s lockdown in 2020, Sago House was initiated by a trio of industry veterans, Jay Gray, Abhishek C George and Desiree Jane Silva. Expect high-energy bartending, proper hospitality and “let your hair down” music to accompany world-class drinks. The menu is constantly changing, with new cocktails curated by the team each week. Head bartender Naz Zurmi challenges the notion of creativity and tradition, putting deceptively contemporary twists on six classic cocktail styles. Favourites include the Naked & Famous, a bitter, smoky cocktail, and the Hanky Hopper, the bar’s interpretation of a toothsome, dessert-style Old Fashioned.
