Restaurant Kioku serves innovative dishes rooted in French cuisine but modernised with ingredients from around the globe as well as founder Shawn Shum’s creativity. Kioku means memory in Japan, as the team hopes to stimulate the senses, creating an unforgettable experience.

ON THE PASS

Founder Shawn Shum is a self-taught chef, as well as the interior designer of the restaurant. He spent 15 years honing his skills in numerous kitchens across Malaysia and Singapore.
