Restaurant Jueun offers an authentic Korean fine dining experience with a focus on traditional flavours and artistic presentation
Restaurant Jueun, led by chef Park Ju-eun, is dedicated to preserving an authentic version of traditional Korean cuisine. With extensive training under the renowned chef Cho Hee-sook, Park and her team focus on perfecting the essential element of Korean cooking: jang, or fermented sauces. Complementing the artistic presentation of the dishes, the restaurant is in a beautifully designed space, featuring artisanal tableware in traditional materials such as wood, Buncheong ceramics, white porcelain, celadon and onggi pottery, as well as a media art wall. The menu includes classic dishes such as imjasutang sesame and chicken soup, seasonal seafood porridge, doenjang noodles with soybean paste, galbi-jeung ribs and pine nuts, and geumtae-jorim braised fish.
