As chef and founder of A, he proposes his own culinary philosophy, the CONTINUMIC Method—a portmanteau of “continuity” and “dynamic.” Within seconds, he reimagines connections between classic French dishes, interpreting them in a way that feels both personally tailored and unmistakably A.
Ideally located in Taipei’s eastern district near Songshan Airport, A offers a grand yet serene dining environment. Guests are first welcomed into a spacious champagne bar, where tall white ceilings open to city views. The dining area transitions seamlessly into a warm space of cream-toned furniture and an open white kitchen, where diners can watch the culinary team at work while enjoying their meal.
