Travel back to the 60s at Republic Bar, which offers a cocktail menu inspired by the historical anecdotes of that era. It saw the rise of style icons, rock legends, and international jet sets, which then paved the way for the making of sophisticated cocktails. The current menu celebrates this freedom of expression with tipples that play on ingredients, flavours and sensations. You have the likes of ‘Mythical Beast’, an ode to Singapore’s Merlion and an invigorating concoction of  Brass Lion Dry Gin, dry sherry and port syrup, and ‘Milk Bar’, an homage to Singapore’s first milk bar in Stamford Road and a combination of Yakult, cream syrup, egg white and cream soda.
