By day, Raion is a neighbourhood refuge serving quality coffees and other café staples. By night, it’s an intimate cocktail bar guided by their mantra: cocktails for the curious, by the curious. Classics are reworked through modern techniques, intriguing guests with every page flip of their menu, Chapter 1: The Elements, inspired by air, water, fire, and earth. Co-founder Kate Osmillo leads a thoughtful, service-led team alongside head bartender Shinichi Itoh. Expect precise drinks, Japanese- European small plates and an atmosphere that feels instantly familiar.
