Qura Bar

Within Regent Hong Kong, a series of rooms unfolds like a cinematic discovery, each with its own character, all gazing out at Victoria Harbour. A dramatic backlit rose quartzite bar anchors the space, leading to intimate nooks and a cigar lounge, each corner wrapped in warm lighting and vintage accents. Here, bar manager Gennaro Pucci has built a Sublime cocktail menu that blends classic technique with contemporary nerve. There is also an astonishing collection of rare spirits including Ferrand Distilled Before 1914.

The kitchen serves up tuna tacos on crispy seaweed, sea urchin mashed potatoes, and truffle fries, which regulars order before their drinks arrive.
