Appropriately for an outpost of the Balinese beach club and hotel, laid-back vibes abound at Potato Head Hong Kong’s Eksotika Bar, with its hanging plants, low-slung armchairs and a long timber bar. The resort feel extends into the cocktail menu, with plenty of tropical and Indonesian flavours—from vodka infused with Balinese long peppers for the Indo Bloody Mary, to the Tropics Old Fashioned with coconut fat-washed bourbon and syrup made with roasted pineapple skins, a touch that also reflects the bar’s efforts towards sustainability.
