PK Maltroom is more than just a bar—it was the first to introduce the whisky bar concept to Vietnam’s wine and spirits enthusiasts. Tucked away in a quiet alley in central Saigon, this intimate hideaway, marked by its striking red door, opens into a world of rare and exceptional whiskies. The bar’s impressive collection has been carefully curated by its co-founders, whisky connoisseur Nguyen Minh Khanh and Huynh Dinh Bao Phuong.

The atmosphere is warm and refined, with classic interiors and thoughtfully arranged seating that creates an air of exclusivity. Every detail, from the candlelit glow to the subtle fragrance that lingers in the air, has been designed to enhance the experience. The star of the show, however, is the extensive collection—nearly 600 bottles of whisky alongside an exceptional selection of rum, cognac, and other fine spirits.
