Guests stepping into Venetian Macao’s Pin Yue Xuan are immediately hit with the realisation that a highly personal encounter with Cantonese cuisine awaits. First, you will be asked to choose from a selection of bespoke teapots and premium Chinese teas before being seated. Then, two settings await: a main dining room modelled as a lavish Chinese courtyard house and three private dining rooms adorned with contemporary paintings by Ryo Shinagawa and Jackie Battenfield.
