An all-day dining restaurant at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay, Peppermint sits within the hotel’s iconic 21-storey sunlit atrium, offering a unique dining experience with birds whistling tunes from cages nearby. Much of what Peppermint offers is taken from the hotel’s own urban farm, where over 60 varieties of edible herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables flourish. Since it is a Halal restaurant, there’s no alcohol. However, diners can request to order tipple from the hotel’s bar menu, which lists speciality cocktails and liquor. The buffet is refreshed regularly, with several hot food stations dedicated to local, Indian, Japanese and other ethnic delights. At the seafood table, choose from a generous offering of king crab legs, prawns and other shellfish on beds of ice. Also at the cold section is a selection of salads, firm and soft cheeses as well as cakes and ice-cream for the sweet-toothed.
