Cantonese cuisine shines at this Studio City outpost, a sister restaurant to the famed Jade Dragon that has carved its own distinguished path. The dining room offers a serene escape with calming taupe and olive green interiors, plush carpets and crystal chandeliers. From the moment guests are welcomed with a fragrant floral tea, the experience is one of thoughtful, unhurried hospitality. Leading the kitchen is chef Otto Wong, whose culinary precision is most evident in dishes like smoked crispy chicken infused with Longjing tea leaves, and a flavourful wok-fried Kagoshima A4 Wagyu beef with sand ginger and maitake mushroom. The tea counter is a destination in itself, offering a choice of over 50 premium teas, each served individually and guided by a knowledgeable tea master who ensures every cup complements the meal.
