PCO, short for Pass Code Only, offers an experience that feels both clandestine and luxurious. The multi-level space is moody and clad in dark wood, plush leather and vintage accents that brings to mind Prohibition-era drinking dens. Access requires a secret passcode, which is updated regularly for its regular patrons, which opens to a world-class programme of cocktails that balances classic recipes with conceptual pours. Highlights of the menu include the Eve’s Choice, which builds on a base of tequila with jalapeño, fennel and apple juice; the Opium Den with gin, raspberry tea and poppy seeds; and the bourbon-based Ignorance is Bliss.
