Oyster & Wine Bar

An impressive assortment of oysters and an even bigger wine list paired with glittering, front-row views of the Hong Kong skyline

Tucked away down a long hallway on the 18th floor of the Sheraton, Oyster & Wine Bar is like a well-kept secret for those in the know— or more accurately, those who
love oysters and wine. The slightly dated, fine dining restaurant offers 25 to 30 different jet-fresh oysters per day and a wine list that is equally impressive, with over 800 bottles that can be browsed easily via an interactive iPad app. For those who can’t decide, the in-house sommelier is more than happy
to recommend wines based on your preferences. Food-wise, the menu is seafood-heavy with a few meat options, while vegetarians will find themselves having to
pick off the menu of sides. Still,
it’s worth the trip if not for the unobstructed views of the Hong Kong skyline alone—something that’s becoming harder and harder to find these days as the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade develops.

Tatler Tip

The restaurant is renowned for its champagne brunch on Sundays with unlimited oysters, seafood, steaks, appetisers, hot dishes and desserts (and of course, free-flow Perrier Jouet).
