One-Ninety Restaurant
Provençal cuisine meets Asian flavours as the chefs here flaunt unparalleled culinary prowess with an array of seafood and beautiful cuts of meat
This long-serving Four Seasons stalwart is now a modern Asian brasserie and its menu offers a variety of Singaporean and Asian appetisers, main courses and international options like pasta and steak. Appealing to in-house guests and business folks, the resort-like ambience is cosy and inviting, with lush foliage, comfortable wicker sofas and friendly service to match. Bestsellers include One-Ninety’s signature seafood and caviar laksa with tiger prawns and scallop, which is flavourful, mildly spicy and not overly rich. The lamb rendang and ketupat (rice cake) is a winner, with its very moreish, well-spiced and tender slow-braised lamb shoulder. The restaurant also offers an Italian-themed brunch on weekends, a two- or three-course set lunch, and an extensive children’s menu. The compact wine list is serviceable, while the adjoining bar has an excellent craft cocktail programme.
