Nutcase Etc is where technical mixology turns into something more approachable, yet no less sophisticated. Living up to its cheeky moniker, the menu shifts wildly from familiar flavours and formats to something entirely unexpected. From the goat cheese papaya liqueur-based Papaya Got Goated to the stout crafted with whiskey, roasted barley soda and coffee liqueur, each pour is an exploration of flavour and presentation that pushes the boundaries of cocktail making. Complementing the pours are a selection of equally inventive bites, with the likes of char siu stuffed gua bao (soft steamed bun) prawn shokupan (white milk bread) and Thai kimchi melt featuring on the food menu.
