Chinese dim sum and Chiu Chow-style delicacies meet Italian hospitality

This tiny tucked-away diner dedicated to Chiuchow cuisine is doing great things, offering a solid menu of classic dishes—think marinated goose and tofu—as well as dim sum. The chinoiserie-styled dining room is designed by Albert Kwan of Shanghai Tang fame, with hanging lanterns and Chinese calligraphy bringing style and character to an otherwise diminutive space right in the heart of Central.
