Cuisines around the world are married into a truly unique and memorable menu
Brazilian chef Ivan Brehm has honed his skills in some of the world’s best kitchens, including Per Se in New York. At Nouri, he continues to take inspiration from different cuisines around the world and marries them to create a truly unique and memorable menu. It is Brehm’s “crossroads cooking” movement that has made Nouri one of the hottest dining destinations in the region. It speaks of Brehm’s passion for exploring the global ties that bind, crossing cultures, taste and experiences. This is showcased in the chef’s rendition of curry, an homage to his Brazilian roots and the Southeast Asian flavours he has grown to love. Each dish is an attempt to illustrate Brehm’s vision of a world less divided, to help diners see how different cultures are intrinsically connected and how they can be linked to each other through shared experiences.
