Nero Nero is where you’d want to be for a romantic ambiance and experience.
The European bistro style of Nero Nero’s interior is a tad small but cosy with additional tables and seating in the wider terrace area, which is where you’d want to be for a more romantic ambiance and experience. In the four years it’s been open, this restaurant has garnered a loyal fan base from the surrounding enclaves of Bukit Damansara and Bangsar, courtesy of its friendly and professional staff, and excellent food and drinks. With fresh
ingredients sourced from regional vendors, expectations are high. The spaghetti alla Campagnola we sampled satisfyingly checks all the right boxes. For mains, the Stracotto di Agnello is highly recommended. Slow-cooked over 24 hours in chianti wine, the succulent lamb shank is fall-off-the-bone tender and goes deliciously well with the accompanying polenta, veggie caponata and rosemary jus. A visit to an Italian eatery is not complete without Tiramisu, and Nero Nero’s rendition of this classic dessert is simply heavenly.
