ON THE PASS

Shaped by the matriarchs in his family, chef Stefano Maria La Penna had an innate passion for cooking that brought him around the world to hone his craft. He has worked in kitchens across Rome, Milan, and the French Alps. His journey also took him to Monte Carlo, San Salvador, and the Bahamas, where he embraced diverse culinary traditions.
