Restaurant
Mott 32
Designed and dished to impress, Mott 32 never fails to deliver a truly memorable dining experience
Tatler Says
Accessed by a discreet entrance in the bank basement, Mott 32 is brimming with an extravagant sense of theatre, as reflected in features such as dim lighting and modern Chinese artworks. The barbeque pluma Iberico pork char siu, which is available in very limited quantities each day, is one of the best in town. Tender, juicy and with just the right amount of charring on the crust, it is the perfect prelude before mains like the signature Peking duck. Other creatively executed dishes include the caviar-topped pork siu mai with a runny quail’s egg, as well as fried rice with crabmeat and flying fish roe. Matching the exquisite food is a well-curated list of wines and cocktails, while helpful staff are also on hand to provide sound suggestions for food and wine pairings.
