Restaurant
Mono
A new contemporary French restaurant by Jia Group's Yenn Wong and chef Ricardo Chaneton
Tatler Says
For a fine dining experience that dishes up something a little bit different, consider Mono. The elaborate tasting menus here combine Latin American flavours with exacting French technique to create a meal that perfectly epitomises chef Ricardo Chaneton’s heritage, delivering something unique to Hong Kong’s F&B scene. Special touches abound— including homemade chocolate and cheese, and mole sauce prepared tableside. The interior is relaxed and comfortable, featuring a large open kitchen with counter seats to watch the action, plus a spacious dining room (a shoutout to the great music, built around records from Chaneton’s father’s collection). The wine list is comprehensive with thoughtful pairings available, while service is excellent— knowledgeable, friendly and attentive throughout.
