MO Bar has consistently been wowing imbibers with imaginative concoctions that take them on a journey across Asia—from Java’s Afterglow, a medley of gin, ginger and spices commonly found on the island, to Hong Kong’s Lap Sang, concocted with whisky, longan honey and tea (which is commonly served in Cantonese meals).
