Meet the Bund Skyline

Chinese   |   Shanghai, China

A must-visit destination along the Shanghai Bund serving refined Min cuisine

Perched high above the Huangpu River along Shanghai’s Bund promenade, Meet the Bund Skyline is a destination for fine dining Min cuisine. Celebrating the maritime heritage and agricultural traditions of the Fujian province, the kitchen showcases rare seafood, dried delicacies and complex marinades and braises that highlight natural umami. The menu stars classic Fujian treasures with an elevated touch, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, red yeast rice-marinated meats and wild seafood harvested from the East China Sea. True to its name, the restaurant boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer an unobstructed view of Lujiazui’s glowing skyscrapers and historic architecture. Inside, art deco aesthetics meet traditional Fujianese woodwork, setting an elegant, sophisticated stage for every occasion.
