Maison Revka

Maison Revka is theatre dressed as a restaurant. Conceived by designer Laleh Amir Assefi, it occupies pride of place within The Delano on Bluewaters Island, where velvet drapes, crystal chandeliers and gilded accents frame one of Dubai’s most transportive dining rooms. The look is Parisian salon meets Slavic fairytale, decadent, romantic and deliberately larger than life.

The menu follows suit, blending French finesse with Eastern European comfort. Caviar service arrives with ceremony; salmon coulibiac delivers buttery richness; and the pâtisserie plays on nostalgia with layers of cream, glaze and precision. Each dish feels in conversation with the décor, elaborate yet composed, indulgent yet exacting.

Dining here is an act of escapism. Every sense is engaged, every corner designed to dazzle. The experience lingers like a dream, scented with candle wax, champagne, and a touch of theatre.
