The luxury hotel’s Italian restaurant reinvents the country’s beloved culinary classics

Set within the smart confines of The Hari, Lucciola is an Italian restaurant that successfully strikes the balance between comfort food and a sense of occasion. It’s here that Piedmont-born chef Francesco Gava acquaints guests with his light and bright style of cooking, making prodigious use of Italy’s seasonal produce in dishes like Apulian burrata with Vesuvian tomato datterino, Mediterranean sea bream in salt crust, and veal Milanese on the bone. The cocktail selection is the highlight of the drinks menu and hews closely to its Italian roots, although the wine menu is more wide-ranging, sampling from vineyards both in the Old and New Worlds.

Signature Dishes

  • La Burrata Pugliese
  • Spaghetti Acciughe e Tomino Fresco
  • Il Tiramisu Tradizionale

Tatler Tip

The Sunday brunch is a generous affair, offering several courses of sharing plates, a buffet bar, and even a gin trolley and barrel-aged Negronis on tap.
