This Ginza-inspired modern Japanese speakeasy opened at the end of 2019, and is a great zen hideaway when you’re in need of some peace and quiet. Its beautiful space invites you to relax and savour principal bartender Yinying Leow’s stiff drinks laced with Japanese artistry. Browse through the menu, titled One Life for Yourself, comprising elevated classics like Vesper, a boozy concoction of Ki No Bi gin, vodka and Tempus Fugit Kina L'Aero D'Or (a white wine-based aperitif), and Moonwalk, which is essentially a champagne cocktail with a fruity and citrusy twist. The bar offers some delicious bar snacks—including its selection of sandos, which is one of the best in town.
