A Cantonese cuisine galore featuring perennial crowd favourites like crispy roasted pork and double-boiled tonic soups

Tatler Says

Lei Garden Restaurant’s menu is as Cantonese as one can get. It features perennial crowd favourites like crispy roasted pork, steamed Sabah fish fillet with XO sauce and double-boiled tonic soups. There is also an extensive choice of crustaceans here which can be cooked two ways, including braised lobster with salt and cheese. For business entertaining, and depending on your guests’ preferred drink, the restaurant offers a wide selection of wine labels, mostly from Bordeaux, as well as a fine Chinese tea menu that goes perfectly well with the exquisite dim sum here. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a well-manicured garden and will make diners feel like they are away from Singapore, even if it’s only for a while.
