The creative force behind Layla is Grace—known in the industry as ‘Tipsy Mentor’—whose passion and artistry have made her a celebrated name in Vietnam’s bartending scene. Formerly the head bartender at Firkin, the country’s first bespoke whisky bar, Grace has distinguished herself in numerous prestigious competitions, including winning Vietnam Shake Down 2016, placing in the Top 10 of the Opihr Gin Competition 2017 and Macallan – The Finest Cut Competition 2018, and reaching the final round of Bacardi Legacy 2019 Southeast Asia as one of Vietnam’s top three representatives.

Beyond her work at Layla, Grace also shares her expertise as an instructor at the Eurasian Chef School.
