Speciality prime rib is transported to your table on spectacular stainless steel trolleys. Waiters, resplendent in white and sporting a gold medal on a red ribbon, cut generous portions off the bone. The meat is consistently tender and sweet. Each cut is served with mashed potato, Yorkshire pudding and a salad entertainingly spun on a bed of ice as you watch.
