Serving fresh pasta since they opened in 2016, the casual eatery continues to evolve with the island, while staying true to its homey and rustic roots. The menu is a combination of homestyle Italian fare and Filipino comfort food that has been given an Italian twist, all of which is reflective of chef-owner Stefano Tomasiello and his wife, Priscilla. The couple wanted to create something that would conjure up memories of home from both of their cultures. While the vibe is decidedly relaxed and down-to-earth, the dishes focus on quality and apply classical cooking techniques.
