Kilo Steakhouse

Steak House   |   $ $ $ $   |   Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Kilo Steakhouse has all the ingredients for a restaurant that draws in crowds. Opened by celebrated chef Umberto Bombana, it is a tastefully decorated space with harbour views and artwork selected by his son, Bart; and on the menu, expect grain-fed and grass-fed meats and other sumptuous dishes.

Last year heralded a slew of restaurant openings from celebrated chef Umberto Bombana and Octavo Group, among them Kilo Steakhouse, a sleek addition to K11 Musea. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by contemporary works of art—chosen by Bombana’s son Bart—and a panorama of Victoria Harbour, no doubt the selling point of the space. Directing the kitchen here is chef Nathan Green of Rex Wine & Grill, who has assembled an extensive selection of grain-fed and grass-fed meats, seafood and other accompaniments. Easier to digest for smaller parties are dishes like the Kilo burger, spring chicken and lobster tagliatelle.

Tatler Tip
