Chef Sujira ‘Aom’ Pongmorn draws on nearly two decades of experience to shape an inventive tasting menu that reframes Thai cuisine through a contemporary lens. Rooted in traditional techniques yet open to global influences, the kitchen emphasises premium local produce, extracting depth and nuance from each ingredient while introducing subtle external elements to enhance complexity. The eleven-course progression unfolds with a sense of rhythm and balance, inspired in part by the accessibility and vibrancy of Thai street food as well as the chef’s own culinary heritage. Set across a two-storey space on Soi Somkid, the interior blends antique Thai motifs with a restrained palette of red and gold, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and composed.
