Kashoku

An intimate no-menu whisky bar by Jeremy Hsu, Kashoku blends vinyl, craftsmanship, and over 200 rare bottles into a slow, soulful drinking experience.
Step into Kashoku, a hidden no-menu bar where vinyl records set the mood and every cocktail feels like destiny. Tucked away in the basement of Spirits Shop Selection, Kashoku embodies the Japanese spirit of craftsmanship. Founded by bartender Jeremy Hsu, who honed his skills in Japan, the bar thrives on personal interaction—every greeting, every drink and every detail is handled by him.
There’s no cocktail menu here. Instead, Jeremy crafts each drink based on your palate, drawing from a collection of over 200 handpicked whiskies. The name “Kashoku”, meaning “brown” in Japanese, pays tribute to the depth and character of whisky itself. With only 13 counter seats, a warm glow and the crackle of vinyl, Kashoku offers an intimate and unhurried escape where time slows and flavours linger.
