Head down and dig into plates including the wok-fried chilli crab served in a mantou tureen; and succulent prawn dumplings deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. Of course, traditionalists can also savour traditional offerings, like the Hong Kong-style char siew pau filled with honey-glazed barbecue pork, and pan-fried carrot cake.
